Farm Yarn - Hazel

$30.00

Hazel is a spunky little ewe with a beautiful dark charcoal with a hue of brown. She was an OG sheep on our farm.

Keep in mind that every monitor will not display colour the same.  This yarn’s true colour may vary slightly from what your screen displays.

We raise a mixed fibre flock on our farm.  They are grass-fed & rotationally grazed on our lush pastures.  They are bred in the fall and have their lambs in the spring.  The adults are sheared in the early spring ahead of lambing and their fleeces are skirted to remove any unwanted parts to ready them for the mill, where they are cleaned & carded and made into roving or yarns.  The fibre from this flock is glorious and luxurious and each skein is its own natural colour (they are all sheep coloured, not dyed).
